ShowMyFlix team is shocked to learn about the passing away of Sushant Singh Rajput. A brilliant actor who in his 12 active years had achieved great success. He was a brilliant student and even though he had cleared many entrance examinations, he opted to join the theatre. Starting off in Star Plus’s romantic drama Kis Desh Mein hai Mera Dil, he went on to occupy his space in the competitive film world. He received a nomination for Filmfare nomination for Best Male Debut Actor for his performance in Kai Po Che. He later received a nomination for Filmfare Best Actor for the titular role he played in M S Dhoni biopic.

The news of his suicide has caused enormous grief amongst his collegues in the industry and his fans alike.
