Bruce Lane (George O’Brien) has been asked to issue a subpoena on Commodore Russel P. Selby (Brandon Evans) and he decides to do this by boarding the Commodore’s yacht during a race. However, when gun-runners led by Captain Morgan (Willian Hall) destroy the yacht and take the crew and members on it as galley slaves – including the Commodore’s daughter, Betty (Constance Worth), Bruce decides to take matters into his own hands and give the gun-runners a taste of their own medicine.
