The story is about the rivalry between two big news channels and what all do they do to get high TRPs. Vijay Harshwardhan Malik is the CEO of India 24/7 and when the channel seems to loose against its main rival Amrish Kakkar who heads the other channel, Malik’s son Jai comes up with a new plan, a show that could bring the ratings up. An employee, Nalini Kashyap secretly discloses this information to the rival channel and as a result India 24/7 looses a lot of money.

In order to avenge the other channel and make the ratings go up, Jai plans to make a fake video to trap Prime Minister Hooda, making it look like he deliberately schemed the bombings in the city. Jai convinces his father that the video was real. Will others ever know the truth?
