Lone Rider

Bobby Hattaway (Lou Diamond Phillips) fought in the Civil War and earned himself great honour and dignity with his actions. After being felicitated by a grateful nation, the honoured rider returns home to his father (Stacy Keach), a successful business who ran a wealthy and prosperous store in town, one known through many towns in the region. Only things aren’t quite the same when Bobby returns, finding his father’s store derelict and down in the dumps – in deep debt to the town’s villainous leader, Stu Croker (Vincent Spano). Only Stu is not just the local ruffian-cum-leader, he was also Bobby’s childhood friend. And now Bobby has to fight his friend to save his father for ignominy and defeat.
