The Congressman

When Congressman Charlie Winship (Treat Williams) finds himself in the news for the all the wrong reasons and becomes a joke in the media and before the American people, he moves to a small island off the coast of Maine, where the local populace is also involved in a shooting war over their fishing grounds and it is here, away from the spotlight, that Congressman Winship starts to rediscover what it was to be an American in the first place and what it means to fight for what was necessary.
