Papa Kehte Hai

This film by Mahesh Bhatt is about a father-daughter relationship. Sweety is a strong-headed young woman who lives with her mother, and maternal grandparents. But, she has never met her father and was always discouraged to even talk about him. Sweety somehow gets to know that her father is in Seychelles, South Africa, so she runs away from home to meet her father. When she meets him she gets to know that her father is with some other women and not expecting her in his life. Watch the film to know whether the father and daughter ever understand each other or Sweety will return home disappointed.
